Cozy apartment where everything is designed to welcome and pamper you. Making you feel at home is essential to me. If you want a large space to live the house and at the same time enjoy the magic of Siena, you have found the right place for you. Nothing is left to chance to make you spend unforgettable hours. You are a couple, a family, a group of friends, you are welcome, as are your four-legged friends !!

Terraced house with independent entrance and free parking in a strategic position:
- beginning of the city center, Porta Camollia, can be reached in 10 minutes on foot;
- Le Scotte Hospital: 3 minutes by car;
- train and suburban bus station: 10 minutes on foot;
- GSK: 5 minutes on foot;
- PAM and COOP supermarket and supermarket: 2 minutes by car.

The apartment is spread over several levels and includes:
- on the ground floor: double living room with French windows leading onto exclusive courtyard, large bright and welcoming kitchen equipped with everything you need, bathroom with bathtub and utility room equipped with washing machine and laundry. The kitchen leads to the built-in barbecue in the garden.
- on the first floor: two bright and welcoming double bedrooms and bathroom with shower box.
- on the second floor: 50 sqm attic OPEN SPACE which leads to two terraces overlooking the Sienese countryside. The attic is furnished with two double beds, a fouton bed for two and an ottoman / single bed. A large and modern bathroom with shower enclosure completes the space.

In each room you will find a FAN to brighten up the hottest summer days.
All windows are equipped with shutters to obscure.
The entrance door has an armored security lock.

The house is equipped with everything you need to stay in peace:
- in the kitchen you will find: sugar and coffee, salt and oil, Barilla pasta, garbage bags, dish detergent, dishwasher, washing machine and relative detergent, tenditoio and iron;
- in the bathroom you will have: bubble bath, shampoo, toilet paper and hairdryer;
- A FAN will cheer you in the room
- in the room you will find: television and DVD to spend a pleasant evening.

The house is located in a very quiet area.
It is one of the few areas of Siena accessible by car, with free parking available, and at the same time, it is close to the center. This last can be reached with a pleasant walk, arriving at Porta Camollia.

Very Pleasant Stay
Our stay was very nice. Communication with Laura was very good and we found everything we needed. The one thing to be aware of with most of the Italian Vrbo listings is that when parking is listed as one of the amenities, that is usually not the case. Few have actual "on site" parking. However, because this apartment was away from the crowds, we were able to find convenient parking on the street just around the corner. We had a nice stay and I would recommend it for future visitors.

Great location with beautiful views
A great stay that we wish we could have spent more than just one night! Easy access to the train station, great communication and lovely nooks for a group of 9 to spread out. I can't complain about the lack of AC throughout the entire house because we found that to be the norm everywhere we stayed in Italy. I highly recommend staying here!

Siena is lovely
The apartment was very nice. We are in our late 70’s so too many steps for us, especially with the heavy suitcases. Laura was very helpful told us about some excellent restaurants. We visited a lot of towns and a few wineries, even went to Montalcino and sampled their famous Brunello, excellent. Overall had a great visit.

What a wonderful place Siena is.
Laura and her Airbnb were fabulous. The place was sparkling clean and well designed and decorated. She was very accommodating and always in touch if needed. Free parking was a big plus and very close to public transportation. We would all stay there again when we come back to Siena.

Great Place to Stay in Siena
Casa Arcobaleno is a great place to stay in Siena. Very spacious and clean. It is supplied with what you need. Communication with Laura before and during our stay was great. Free parking was a bonus. We were able to climb the steps to and from the parking area as well as in the apartment without problem and we are seniors. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the edge of the historic area and another 15 minutes to Il Campo. There is a nice outdoor area to enjoy an aperitivo after a day of sightseeing. Recommend Laura’s place highly!

This property was lovely. It sleeps many people on the top floor. It took about 7 minutes to get from the house to a parking lot to get into the walled city. Having a washing machine was very handy also. The place was quiet and the parking across the street worked really well.

Uno dei migliori soggiorni prenotati su Homeaway!
La casa di Laura è molto più bella e spaziosa di quanto appare dalle foto. E' pulitissima, ordinata, molto luminosa ed in una zona molto tranquilla. Gli elettrodomestici sono ben funzionanti e la casa è provvista di tutto. Ha un ingresso indipendente e si sviluppa su tre piani. Al terzo ed ultimo piano vi è una terrazza sul tetto dalla quale si ha una bellissima vista sui verdi colli intorno Siena. Il parcheggio sotto casa è comodissimo e sempre disponibile, cosa molto importante e da non sottovalutare visto che l'appartamento è molto vicino al centro storico di Siena che facilmente e in pochi minuti si raggiunge a piedi. E' inoltre molto vicino alla Stazione e ad un Centro Commerciale molto grande. Nelle strade vicine sono presenti negozi di tutti i generi. Laura è gentilissima, molto disponibile e simpatica, sempre sorridente ed è piena di premure e di attenzioni con i suoi ospiti. E' stato uno dei migliori soggiorni prenotati su Homeaway!

Penso che sia una casa perfetta se si ha bisogno di tante stanze e non si vuole stare in periferia. (La regola del "non tirare lo sciacquone di notte" è peculiare ma non un problema.)

Abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte io mio marito e mio figlio e devo dire che siamo stati benissimo. Laura è stata gentilissima e premurosa . La casa è splendida, pulitissima e dotata di ogni confort. Gli spazi sono ampi e luminosi. La posizione è strategica sotto ogni punto di vista in quanto è vicina al centro storico ed è situata in una zona tranquilla. Consigliatissima. Peccato che non potevamo restare più a lungo, ma ci torneremo di sicuro.

La casa di Laura è bellissima, grande, curata nei minimi dettagli. È dotata di tutti i comfort. Ha un terrazzino fantastico sul quale poter vedere un panorama fantastico.Vicina al centro della città. La consiglio vivamente.
