Overall it was ok however the hotel needs a major overhaul. The pool was to deep for small children. The staff were generally pleasant

Not in town with disgusting bathroom
The rooms are all made of cement, including the bathroom that was wet when I arrived, and never dried! Moldy and wet I had the wear shoes and roll up my pants to visit the bathroom

Stay somewhere else.
Breakfast was good, staff was lovely, pool was a nice plus, but the room was old, dingy, beat-up and dimly lit, AC was shoddy (not good in 95F heat), wifi even more so, water all over the sink when I entered the room. Hotel also hooked us up with a scam transport company (Sara Tour Tourist Agency) for our very stressful and not as promised ride back to Bangkok. They should know better than this and not expose their guests to these negative experiences.

Big disappointment
This hotel had overbooked and had no room available when my wife and I arrived on the evening of May 1. They offered us complementary supper in their restaurant but the service was poor the meat too tough to chew and the wine having turned. They then got us a room in another poor hotel where the plumbing and the AC did not work (The Monica) Finally the next day they moved to an excellent new little hotel, the Sonyn Boutique Hotel, for the next two nights, where we were very happy.

delightful Dyna
Our family enjoyed Cambodia, all the more for having an enjoyable stay at Dyna Boutique. Friendly helpful Staff, clean rooms & good facilities. Beds real hard, but that is the norm. Kareoke nightlife a little noisy at times, easy access to Town, overall we would really recommend this place for your stay.

Nice hotel, really good service!
Really nice hotel with great service from reception and the hotel tuk-tuk drivers. A little out of town (30 min walk or $2 tuk-tuk) which was fine for us. The beds were a bit hard but the room is spacious, clean and tidy with a safe and a nice pool area. The only real downside is the karaoke bar that plays horrifically bad music until late in the night and so not the best when trying to get an early night before seeing the temples at sunrise. But this isn't the hotels fault and seems to be largely unavoidable regardless of where you stay in Cambodia. Overall a really nice hotel.

How they rated 8.2 from 10?
1. The hotel is located at the middle of entertainment complex we can sleep comfortable after 01:30 AM because of noise. 2. Breakfast were poorly managed lack of supervision I will say and not many choice. Coffee was smell butter? We have to buy coffee from coffee shop Next door. 3. Poor facility back door lock failed. 4. Staffs were friendly and helpfull.

Great Stay.
Stayed here for five nights at $22 a night as it was on special offer. Upon arrival, we were given a glass of orange juice - service was great, food at the restaurant was good and reasonably priced, though did lack options for vegetarians. The room was large and extremely clean, the bathroom equally so. Great breakfast and pool. Free tuktuk service anywhere in town (within reason). Concierge service very useful (and free).

Value for Money but not comfortable
I have stayed at this hotel recently, hotel location is great, room is so so but was annoyed from the music around. I would recommend if you wish to spend less money for staying in Siem Reap but if for a great place, convenience, comfortable for family, business or relaxing, then other hotels in town or outskirt are better to choose.

Fine hotel; outside the riff-raff Siem Reap
Nice place, loved the pool and how friendly the staff was. Definitely not near the city center but that's a tourist trap anyways. Great place to stay for a night or two and head to Angkor Wat. The strange little beer bars nearby can make for a noisy night, but it's not too bad.

a little oasis
a great hotel which could be anywhere when you are inside. Dont expect Boutique in the european sense of the work but do expect a great little hotel with all the rooms around a central mature court yard with a feature pool in the centre. Unfortunately the central area is not a sun trap, but consider why you are in Siem Reap and that would be for Angkor Wat. The location is great for the temples and the hotel staff couldnt be friendlier. I would highly recommend this hotel and would use it again.

Wonderful hotel
We were picked up for free from the airport by tuk tuks and greeted at the hotel with some pineapple juice and some very friendly staff. Our rooms we clean and spacious with a large comfortable bed with wonderfully soft sheets. The pool was clean and relaxing, something we very much looked forward to after a day of walking/cycling in the hot sun. Breakfast was filling and there were different choices, something for everyone. Food was tasty and well enough priced for those days that you want to order a light bite by the pool or just don't feel like going out further afield for food. Can't think of anything bad to say.

Very friendly staff and great facilities. Perfect location to explore Angkor Wat and other temples. Make sure you get a card from hotel as not all tuk-tuk drivers know where it is.

wonderful stay at Dyna Boutique Hotel
i don't regret having this hotel as my choice. The staff are so accommodating and the price of the hotel is so affordable. I got my money's worth. My companion told me that she felt like she's just in her home.... I forgot the name of that lady who is in-charge of the restaurant, she is very friendly and knows exactly what we want. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful host. To the manager who advise us to go to the museum, that was the best advise we ever got. To the reception people, you are so warm and helpful. Thank you people. Like you we love Cambodia. It was a great stay I wont forget it. If ever you can check your record during our stay, can you please give me the name of our tour guide. I forgot his name and was not able to ask his e mail add.I will appreciate it if you can give it to me. To all those who are still looking for a place that is friendly and affordable I highly recommend Dyna Boutique Hotel. I assure you that you will get your money's worth.

Nice hotel, poor service.
I was met at the airport which was a good start. The room was nice, especially the bathroom. The tub was not cleaned well since the cloth that I used to clean the tub before taking a bath was yellow after I wiped the tub down. The breakfast service on the first morning was non-existent since no server was in the dining room when I went for breakfast, so I had to go into the kitchen and ask the cook for service, and he went and found someone to serve us. Sometimes when I went to the front desk nobody was there. I don't know if there was a staffing issue, but it seemed like the staff was not always around, especially when I needed them. The other incident that was not tolerable was how they made up the room. They simply turned the comforter over and considered that as a made up room. Not only was the top side of the comforter dirty which was now the side touching my body, but the bottom sheet was also dirty. When I asked them to change the sheet and comforter cover they said no staff was available to do so. That was unacceptable to me, especially when the staff that cleaned the room did such a bad deed. The pool water also looked very dirty. All that being said, I would stay there again because of the large size room and the hotel was in pretty good shape. The service definitely needs attention and improvement. It is intolerable to have nobody at the front desk during the day, and also intolerable to have no server during breakfast hours. Very frustrating. Bad housekeeping too.

A little hard for tuk-tuk drivers to find
We enjoyed our stay at Dyna Boutique hotel, and their complimentary tuk-tuk service into town was really helpful, as it's too far to walk to get to town. However, you still have to pay for the tuk-tuk back, and the $2-3 rides can add up. Also there is no curtain, etc. around the shower (common in SE Asia) and the floor got quite slippery. Also, our double room had only one chair, which is odd considering there are usually two people in a double room. Overall we enjoyed our stay here, and would recommend it with the above reservations, which are minor. The breakfast was great with a few choices, and the staff were all lovely and helpful.
