What a beautiful resort! We enjoyed there every single day. The staff is very helpful here. The breakfast buffet is small, but it was sufficient for us. The room was big and nice. The only inconvenience was that room had only 5-7 hangers for 3-4 people and 1 shelf to place your stuff. The big armour was useless. The location is good, 5-10 min with tuk-tuk to the Pub street, the tourist area of Siem Reap.

This place is simply beautiful. It's a couple kilometers from the city centre so it's fairly quiet, but still close enough to be convenient. The rooms are huge and either walk out to the pool or have balconies overlooking it. Service is excellent, and although we booked most of our own tours/transfers, the prices were exactly the same as offered by the hotel. Beautiful palms, gardens and water features, and bird song, dragon flies, butterflies, tree frogs and cute little lizards abound. Pool = 5⭐

Best for family and group gathering; the private pool was amazing; food selection is good; wifi strong in room and in public area; staff is very friendly and helpful; manager Chanda has excellent personal service in communicating with guests and coordinating tour suggestions and transportations; definitely will return here and will highly recommend to family and friends. Close to airport and within minutes to mall. Love the quietness and relaxing ambiance !

If it wasn’t for the pool…
Firstly, we’re not sure how this is a 4* hotel… We were originally put in one of the rooms next to the restaurant area and we were extremely disappointed upon arrival - it was on the 3rd floor and no staff offered to help us with bags. The room had no bedside lamps (despite photos online), there was no kettle but there were cups/teas/coffees (when we asked for a kettle they gave us with a broken one), there was no remote for the TV and there was also no towel rail in the bathroom - the room just felt unfinished! Late that evening we started to get a strong smell of smoke in our room which we realised was coming through the air conditioning (we later worked out it was from a house next door that had daily fires). The smell was making us feel ill - we switched the air con off but that just made us hot so we asked to move rooms. We called reception twice but the person on front desk didn’t know how to handle the request and just hung up both times. We went to speak to them in person which worked but he just offered a room 2 doors down which also smelt of smoke! Finally we moved to the other side of the hotel. Also the beds are VERY hard - not very comfy. The breakfast that was included is pretty basic with the same options every day. Overall the attention to detail and awareness of customer service lacks here - a shame as the hotel has a lot of potential in a nice setting. The pool area is stunning - but that was our only positive unfortunately!

This was a wonderful resort and we are coming back for sure! The staff is so nice and the food was great. Not a walking friendly address but short and cheap to take tuktuk.
