Unbelievably we arrived after 10 and couldn’t check in. There was no email from them telling us this and a standard confirmation with this important detail hidden in the small print. There is no one there overnight God only knows what would happen if there was a fire! Really ridiculous.

Is it still a Wyndham hotel?
I do not think this hotel is still managed by Wyndham so that was the first disappointment. Next to enter the hotel you have to walk past anyone who is smoking at the time. Rooms had a musty smell and the beds were two singles pushed next to eachother. Very dated, the nightstand still had a radio built into it. Breakfast was still hot and fresh, and staff were friendly and courteous.

Nur ein paar hundert Meter von der Altstadt entfernt ist dieses schöne und ruhige Hotel. Wenn auch die Zimmer nicht auf dem neuesten Stand sind ist trotzdem alles in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand.

エクスペディアに掲載している写真は変更した方がいいと思います。 住宅街にあるため場所は分かりにくいですが、とてもいいホテルでした。 日本人はほとんど来ないとのことですが、ジーゲンに行くことがあれば、絶体にお薦めしたいです！

Das Frühstück war leider nicht gut betreut. Vieles war ausgegangen und auch neue Brötchen, oder Brot erst nach einer halben Stunde, in nicht ausreichendem Maß, aufgefüllt. Kein Kaffee wurde zum Tisch gebracht. Ein anderer Gast brachte seinen Kaffee Rest an meinen Tisch. Für meine Gäste hatte ich 24Euro bezahlt. Das Frühstück war das jedoch bei Weitem nicht wert. Schade, daß Hotel kann ich sonst empfehlen.
