Property is situated on a private half acre Fully fenced in with fantastic views of the Salish Sea. Whether in the kitchen, sitting in living room or eating dinner inside or out its always an amazing view. Large dinning table that can accommodate 8 people. Local artwork displayed. Outdoor shed has Ping Pong Table, Dart Board Badminton, Bocce, Soccer and Basket balls. There are also 2 kids Kayaks available to use. Close to Recreation center with amenities that include weight room, exercise classes, swimming pool/hot tub/sauna, ice rink, indoor/outdoor tennis courts, squash/racket ball, basketball courts & playground. Excellent hiking trails. Bus stop right out front of property for direct routes to Victoria & Butchart Gardens. Walking distance to corner grocery store & bakery/restaurant. Beautiful View!
You know when you have a really good employee that you don’t want to give them a good reference because you don’t want them to leave?!! This is that same type of scenario. Such a lovely gem of a property you almost don’t want to rave about how awesome it was because you don’t want to leave!! I could have stayed much longer. The host is fantastic. We were sooooo pleased with everything!!! To add some credibility to my review, as one of my previous professional roles as a manager in 4 Star Premier hotel, my job was to critique every service in the hotel, every six months, from the hotel room cleanliness to the check-in service, to all the outlets. Everything! I have an eye for perfectionism! You get the point?!!
