Hidden Gem
A beautiful, bijou, country hotel near Shrewsbury. A really quiet rural setting but not too far from town and all the Welsh Marches have to offer. Elizabeth and Richard are incredibly friendly, kind and accommodating, always ready to help with tips on places to go and so. Incredibly clean and comfortable room, and tremendous breakfasts. can find absolutely no faults whatsoever.

Great breakfast.
Stayed in advance of a charity walking event the next day. Great views, near to a couple of pubs, comfy room and I was made very welcome. Breakfast was very good quality and I was pleased that my request for an earlier serving was accommodated.

Tranquil
Really pleasant alternative to more corporate hotels. Friendly welcome from Elizabeth ( pot of tea after a long drive was hugely welcome). We slept really well as it was very quiet. Everything was spot on.

Lovely, quiet bed and breakfast
We loved it here. The room was roomy, quiet and relaxing (though the sheep could be a bit noisy sometimes - all part of being on a farm and wasn't a problem to us). Breakfast was plentiful and freshly cooked. Some nice countryside around, include the hill that has Rodney's Tower on the top. A car park for this is half a mile down the road. I expect we'll be back.
