Booked a non smoking room through Expedia and when I arrived I was told they only had smoking rooms available. I was placed in a non smoking room after being told an O2 machine will be put in the room to help the smell. When housekeeping arrived to the room, showed up to the just spray the room with some sort of air freshener and I was told all the O2 machines were in used. I then called the front desk and explained the situation and I was I told I had booked a smoking room through Expedia. I checked my Expedia receipt and it stated I had definitely booked a non smoking room. Called the front desk again this time the staff that had initially checked me in answered and asked to bring proof I had booked a non smoking room. I was then given the option of deducting $20 of my total stay or swtich to an ADA room. Overall experience was unpleasant and for the price of the hotel it was not worth it.

Location is Everything.......
Great location....Everything was fine. Except for the exception of the pool not allowing children. What else are the supposed to do...Also, there are no Breakfast options....1 place with only 4 things on the menu to choose from. They definitely need something to offer guests breakfast wise.

No valet parking. No help with luggage either when we checked in or when we left. No daily housekeeping. Many of the snack vending machines didn’t work. When we arrived at the room there was one tissue left in the tissue box and when we requested more it took two phone calls to get a box of tissues. Just overall a very poorly run property.

Very noisy. Sounded like someone was vacuuming. Called the front desk but no one answered. Then called housekeeping and she said that she would check with maintenance. Never heard back. The bed was very lumpy!
