Many slot machines have broken "play" buttons, a little inconvenient. Hotel is older, sometimes you can only do so much with an older property. A Let it Ride game would be nice. There are so many blackjack tables, no would miss one.

Smelled of animal urine, we were told the only opening was on the animal floor friendly floor and it stunk. The next day we called for room service 6 times and no one answered, finally called the front desk and they said all we can do is transfer you to them. They never answered. Then on day 2 we got a call that we were checked out of room when in reality we had another night booked, and needed to come to the front desk to clear it up. Spent 30 minutes down there resolving the issue and I’m still not sure why this happened but they were concerned my card would be charged twice and all kinds of mess.

It has been a while since I have been to this hotel. Last time I was here is when Ballys took over. I show up at 8 PM and was told they didn’t have a clean room for me and did not know when it would be ready. Really it’s 8 PM how can rooms not be ready by then. I had to take a pet friendly room. Thank God it didn’t smell. In my opinion, the hotel has gone down in keeping it clean. The elevator buttons are extremely filthy. I really didn’t want to touch them. I got into my room and the toilet didn’t seem to be clean, there was mold on the shower, the phones did not work in the room and the safe didn’t work. The whole hotel needs a good cleaning.
