The property was not well kept at all. From the elevators to the ice rooms, to the walls, to the floors. It was as if cleaned in months.

Hotel was in very bad shape! Dirty, stains, scratches in the paint, toilet didn’t flush when we got into the room and the next morning it e we wouldn’t flush again. I called for maintenance but he wasn’t to arrive until 9am so I asked for a plunger to do it myself but that didn’t work either! The GM and the maintenance guy were very nice and from the looks of things were over their heads. It could be a nice hotel but needs a lot of work and staffing

Picture are old it is run down a bit and house keeping is lacking but the front deck was super nice and it was probably one of the quiet hotels we have ever stayed in.

not the best not the worst. we had an 8 hour power outage the first night we were there that wasnt fixed until almost 10 am. The elevators were kinda dodgy at best and they over booked the accessible rooms so i was moved to a standard room even though i had requested accessible due to disabilities. The staff were very nice and gave me a shower chair so i could still shower with some effort though so i commend the staff. we made due and it served its purpose but i likely will choose somewhere else next time around.
