Front desk said, their pool was heated, that is the reason I stayed there and they lied, pool wasn’t heated as a matter of fact, the water was freezing. I was very disappointed.

You never know what you’ll get with a Best Western. We were a bit nervous but pleasantly surprised! Our room was very clean! No foul smells, towels were white, bathroom was clean, we were very happy.

Everything is good except I did not get my $150 deposit back and I left the room in great shape except I did not make the bed. Are you now charging $150 just because the bed was not made?
