Excellent staff esp in dining room/restaurant. Overall, all staff very pleasant, polite, helpful, and respectful. Area around property not the cleanest, but safe and walkable to temple. Low rating on facility condition because windows are loose, faucets don't work well, water pressure is low, shower curtain is hung too high so water splashes all around, towels provided are low grade for a top-rated hotel, and door lock would keep jamming, and we lost time because we had to wait until maintenance would come and "un-jam" the door lock. Upon check-in I signed a document that stated my checkout time was noon, while the front desk gentleman insisted it was 11am. He agreed to noon only after I asked him to read the paper he asked me to sign. Don't get me wrong: he was - like all other staff - very polite and respectful.

Every member of the staff from the front desk to housekeeping was amazing to work with. I was always greeting with warm smiles and professionalism. I would not consider staying at another hotel when visiting the Sai Baba temple again. Many thanks to the staff!

Excellent stay in the hotel. Neat and clean, good parking, lovely free drop to the temple in their electric car. 10 min walk to the temple... nice walk. Overall, definitely recommend this hotel.

Marigold Regency has always been my preferred choice of lodging while at Shirdi. This trip has made me think whether I should change to some other place. Food was BAD - and very delayed. Breakfast which was supposed to open at 7 did not get started even at 7.45. And the quality of food was deplorable. Something has to be done to do 360 degree change if you want to retain your regular customers like me

Poorly designed bathroom needs updating. Wooden frame of the bed is hazardous, especially for elderly people.
