清掃、メンテナンス不備が多すぎる
宿泊前に事前に禁煙室をお願いいたしましたが、そもそも禁煙ルームがないということで、消臭対応していただきました。 タバコの匂いはありませんでしたが、何か分からない異様な(カビのような）匂いがしており、この時点でかなり不快なものでした。しかし我慢して利用を続けておりましたが、急にバスルームから大きな音がしたと思ったら、換気口の蓋が便器の上に落ちていました。チェックインして30分も経っていないぐらいだと思います。 しかし、もしトイレに入っている際に、あのような角のついた重い蓋が頭に落ちてきていたら、間違いなく大けがをしていただろうと思います。 さすがに耐えられなくなり、フロントに電話をしたら、対応のためホテルの方がすぐお部屋に来ていただけたのですが、異様な匂いの原因は「オゾン消臭器によるもの」とおっしゃっておられました。 私自身、ホテルの教員やホテルコンサルティングの仕事をしておりますので、これは「オゾン」によるものではないとはっきりと分かっておりましたが、その対応に対してはそれ以上お伝えすることはしませんでした。 結局、ルームチェンジになりましたが、移動した後の部屋も匂いはかなりマシになっていたものの、状態はひどいものでした。 冷蔵庫はコンセントが抜かれており、扉を開けたとたんに、ひどい匂いがします。 バスルームの扉は朽ちており、天井からは蜘蛛の巣、ベッド上の天蓋部分には真っ白になるほどのたくさんの埃、カーペット、アームチェアはシミだらけ、壁はクロスのつぎはぎの補修、ベッドの下には物置のようにエキストラベッドを隠している等々、ホテルのプロの視点でなくても素人が見ても素人目でもわかるレベルだと思います。 接客や料理などの改善点も多くありましたが、まずはこちらのホテルに関しては施設の改善が優先事項だと感じました。

I enjoyed there
Very segregated area. Thank you for the hotel transportation to from Kintetsu Ugata St. Can walk the beach which is almost private one. All the rooms are ocean front but the woods may prevent the ocean view at the lower floor.

風呂の湯の温度が低すぎる。屋内の沸し湯はもっと熱くして欲しい。 夕食会場は広すぎてテーブルが大き過ぎ話もしにくく落ち着かない。 朝食の品数は多いが、味噌汁もお茶もご飯もぬるくて非常に残念。もっと熱々で提供して欲しい。 食事と風呂の両方に満足感は無く、また行きたいとはとても思えない。

夕食も朝食も個別の会席料理で、最高に美味しかったですね、露天風呂も海を観ながらゆっくり入れます、ただ、一点だけ残念と言うか今まで色んなホテルや旅館に泊まりましたがホテルの従業員が玄関に出てきたのですが氏名の確認をしたらそのまま入って行き荷物は知らん顔、確認すると、上の者から荷物は運ぶなと言われてますと？コロナでそう言ってるのか？前日に箱根に泊まりましたがその様な事はなかった。この事が到着して凄く気分が悪くなりましたが、食事とお風呂で何とか良い旅になりました。

景色が最高
和室のお部屋に泊まりました。少し古さは感じましたが、心地よく過ごせました。 食事もかなりソーシャルディスタンスをとられていて安心して過ごせました。お部屋、レストラン、お風呂どこからも海の景色が最高です。

暑い日だったのでお部屋が西日で暑かったです。でも夕日がとても綺麗でした。子供が花火を楽しみにしていたのですが、入館時から花火用の水を用意してくださると言って頂き、使用後の後片付けも快くしてくださいました。夕食も子供が小さいので部屋食でないことを心配していたのですが、スタッフの方もお客さんも優しい方ばかりで、少しウロウロしてしまったのに暖かく見守って下さり楽しい家族旅行になりました。
