Step up to patio doors opening into: Living Room: Comfortable sofa and armchairs. Smart TV and electric fire. Leading to Kitchen/diner: Dining table with 4 chairs. Electric hob and electric oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, washing machine and dining table with four chairs. Hallway with doors to Twin Bedroom: with 2 singles beds, hanging rail and emergency exit door. Double Bedroom: with double bed, wardrobe and Ensuite shower room: with shower cubicle, WC and washbasin. Family Bathroom: bath with shower over bath, WC and wash basin and feature porthole window.
Outside: Enclosed courtyard garden to front with patio furniture and views over Sheringham War Memorial Gardens and The Esplanade. Free on road parking nearby.
