Poor service, unfriendly staff, poor facilities.
Rude reception staff. My room wasn’t serviced on Saturday, I was never informed that the room wouldn’t be serviced on one of the 3 days I stayed there. Wifi keeps cutting off, I had to ring reception to get different codes each time wifi was cut off. Heating insufficient, unable to keep warm at night even with the heater on. This is a motel, not a hotel. I don’t know why it was awarded 4 stars.
