The room was not well clean and the bed sheet and blanket cover were not well clean with strands of unpleasant hairs on bed. Bath room and toilet smell bad

非常影響旅遊樂趣
這間酒店是我住過的酒店之中，環境衛生非常污糟。 酒店寄生在某棟商業大廈的其中一個樓層。當中有數間酒樓,2-3間按摩中心等。 酒店的客房環境非常狹窄，沒有足夠空間可以讓我打開到20吋SIZE的行李箱。廁所氣味超臭，不斷在水渠及座廁等湧出客房，廁所門就算關緊了，臭味仍然充滿了整間客房。非常臭！嚴重影 我明明在Expedia智遊網預訂了雙人大床客房，怎料在入住CHECK-IN當日,酒店前台職員表示公司電腦顯示我在Expedia智遊網預訂的房間是單人房。我說我有2位成人不能夠入住到單人客房。酒店前台職員說也不可以給機會我加錢補回差價轉做雙人大床客房。也說不能現場幫我取消經Expedia智遊網所預訂的Booking紀錄，著我自行登入Expedia智遊網反映需要。
