This house is 1 mile from the Campus Rail Trail and less than 5 miles from Ole Miss campus, where the grove is. This is a family-designed and Shenandoah-inspired chalet is the perfect spot for guests seeking a memorable game weekend. With 4 large bedrooms, y’all will have a comfortable place to host gatherings and rest during a weekend of tailgating and watching the Ole Miss football team. There is place for 8 guests in beds, 3 in couches, and 1 in a tucked away closet. The chalet can sleep 12.There are also two couches downstairs near the fireplace and one couch in the upstairs living room. There are 4 rocking chairs on the porch and 6 seats at the outdoor table. The bathrooms have showers , one with jetted bathtub and walk-in closet. The property also has washing machine and dryer, WiFi, and fireplace for your gatherings. The house is designed for hosting in the rolling hills of northern MS. It is common to see wild turkey and deer at dawn and dusk This chalet is on 750 acres of family owned land that according to the late former owner, is the site William Faulkner went fox hunting and found much of his literary inspiration. The original railroad of the region is underneath the frontage property. Several other legends are available by request.
