Perfectly located for HALLAMSHIRE ,JESSOPS and WESTON PARK Hospitals. Ideal for Professionals employed at many of the local businesses. Good transport links with bus stop just in front of the apartment .Several Pubs,Take aways along the same road .Peak District is only less than an hour away.

Its a quiet neighbourhood mostly Professionals and very sensitive to Anti Social Behaviour

Overall th neighbours are friendly and helpful.

FLAT ABOVE Number 250 South Rd
If driving please be aware of the One way Roads. Go round Cundy Street then round the Block to come up Hoole Street where there can be free on street parking.
If on public transport bus 95 /95a bus stop is infront of downstairs flat 250. PLEASE use the Rear Entrance.

There is a few steps to climb from Hoole Street .
Pass through the Brown wooden gate.(please keep it closed ) Right at the end is a flight of GREY stairs to go up into the flat..
Take off your shoes while in the flat please.
Leave them at the bottom of the stairs.

Keep the place as clean as you would like to find it.Wash the dishes and put them away.

Please be polite .
If you don't need the lights please switch them off.
