Located on the sight of historic Ft. DePuy, experience the beauty of the long, sloping, green banks of the scenic Delaware River. Watch nature and life go by from the peace and quiet of your own front porch. DePuy Village is less than a mile from the Shawnee Recreation Center.
All units in DePuy Village are air conditioned and have an electric fireplace to enjoy on those cold autumn and winter nights. Most units are multilevel. There are no elevators. There is limited handicapped accessibility in Phase I ONLY. For special needs, contact resort prior to arrival to ensure accommodations are available by calling (570) 421-1500 or text 570-583-2066. Unit occupancy is enforced under Community Rules and Regulations. Shawnee has an ABSOLUTELY NO PET POLICY! Please contact resort about their No Smoking Policy.

• Owners planning on arriving at the resort outside of front desk hours should contact the resort to make alternative check-in arrangements prior to arrival.
• At least one guest checking in must be 21 years of age or older.
• There are several villages within the resort, each with different suite styles and slightly different amenity offerings — these villages are Crestview, Depuy, Fairway Village, Ridge Top, River Village I and River Village II.
• Parking is limited, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.
• Pool and hot tub hours are 7 a.m.-10 p.m. Outdoor pool is seasonal, closed Labor Day through Memorial Day. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to the posted pool sign for more information.
• A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
• All wood burning fireplaces are not operational at this time. Modifications are required and will be made during the next scheduled suite remodel.
• Photos are not of the specific suite you are renting and may vary slightly from the photos. Buildings in DePuy Village may differ from each other, and photos posted are a just some of what are available.
• You have full access to all resort amenities for the duration of your stay, including on your arrival and departure day. This property is not part of Shawnee Inn and golf privileges are contingent upon payment of green fees.
• The resort will always place you in the best suite available, however we cannot guarantee a specific location in the resort.
• Your suite may be a mobility accessible unit. Upgrades are possible at no additional charge but will be up to the resort's discretion depending on availability.

•Cancellation policies can be found in rental agreement which are more lenient than indicated in this listing, as follows: Cancellations 20 days or more before check-in will be fully refunded (100%). Cancellations12 to 19 days before check-in will be refunded 50%. Cancellations 11 days or less before check-in will not be refunded.
• After your reservation has been confirmed, the name of the person responsible for checking-in will be required, as the front desk will require a photo ID upon check-in. The name on the reservation must match photo ID. If no name is established within 14 days of check-in, the name of the person making the reservation will be used. If a name change is required after this date, a name change FEE of $99 will be charged according to timeshare policy.
• Daily housekeeping is not included in this listing but may be arranged directly with the resort at check-in or anytime during your stay for a fee.
• No refunds or credits will be granted outside of the listing's cancellation policy.
