The woman working through the night of 12/14/24 was extremely rude when we had to have our room key reset. She reset it 3x and. One of them worked. She walked down to use her master key to let us in and didn't say one word to us the entire time. I'm not apologizing that she had to work while she was at work!!

Had 2 rooms for 4 days. Heat didn't work in 1 room. Had to switch rooms. Blow dryer didn't work. After 2nd night of rooms not being cleaned was told i had to ask. So i did. The next day, they still didn't clean them. Asked a 2nd time for them to clean the rooms, we came back for our last night and they made 1 of the 2 beds. Left dirty towels on floor. No words. Service was horrible

Nice room, just needs better water pressure
Overall the room was clean, beds were comfortable and spacious and the staff was really friendly. They did offer a basic breakfast, but we opted to go out anyway. The only negative would be the water pressure. It was horrible, could not even get the soap off.

The room was spacious, clean, and generally in great condition. The bedroom HVAC unit was unusually clunky when it turned on, which was disturbing. But the real issue was that the door lock simply didn't work. You could close the door, and got a reassuring click, but a light tug would open it to anyone who wanted access to your stuff. That's so dangerous, because we left the room unlocked by accident that way. Luckily, no bad outcome, but this should never happen.

In our stay the cops knocked on our door to confirm they had the wrong hotel, men roaming the halls on all levels of the hotel. A very uneasy feeling being in this area.
