Was pleasantly surprised. Staff were welcoming and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. We regret not bringing swim suits as the pool area looked very soothing and relaxing. Would definitely stay there again.

Very Pleasant Hotel
The young lady at the front desk was very kind and pleasant and checked us in very quickly. Our biggest disappointment was that there was no pool. The website amenities said there was a pool. Please up date.

There is no elevator in this hotel. My husband cant navigate stairs well. They moved us downstairs the next day. The staff is super nice and very helpful.

Decent, well-priced option in Shawano
Friendly, helpful staff. Hotel is clean and comfortable. WiFi was only okay and for some reason cell service at the hotel wasn’t great. Room had fridge and coffee make, but no safe. Free coffee available in the lobby too.

Respectfully the Four Seasons name is a little misleading as it’s not what you think of when you think of Four Seasons. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating for a late arrival and the pool area looked amazing. The hotel provided exactly what I needed… a bed to sleep in for 6 hours before the football game. If I was going to be staying longer I probably would invest more in a more updated hotel.

I was over charged by the property and when it was brought to there attention the told me it wasn't there problem. Staff was rude and charged my kids to swim for an hr with me. No sings were posted that there was a fee for non guests to have to pay to swim. I wouldnt recommend this place for anything other then the food it has to offer. Its outdated and the pool area ceiling is falling into the pool. Hot tub dont work well. The bed was amazing 👏 but that was all that was amazing at this place. I will not be staying here again when i come to visit next week i will pay a lesser amount and not get a pool and be treated with respect.
