Great service and excellent spoken English by Thomas at the front desk during our late check in. Hotel is beautiful and not your typical chain hotel decor, which was a refreshing change. Small kids play area in the lobby area, where one can enjoy tea as well. Convenience stores, Burger King and multiple dining options right at the doorstep. Take note that the hotel does not have a car front porch, you have to alight by the road and pull your luggage in about 30m (1-2 min walk). I did not really see how wheelchair accessible this was. Something to note.

the best stuff in this hotel r the best very helpful, kind, very professionals how to deal with some who lost a passport in a different country with not that much of English, where the google is restricted in China. the hotel is very nice and close to the Pudong Airport that they offer shuttle to the airport, and no need to orders a taxi. highly recommended to the traveler's with the transit to a different airport this hotel.

They went above and beyond what was expected
The hotel staff were amazing. We didn’t realise we couldn’t use credit cards in Japan for the taxi so the hotel sorted it out and we reimbursed them. Also accompanied us to nearby restaurant to do same for food. Even offered to order us so food to our room via their own app. Went above and beyond. Excellent

This review offers a balanced perspective, The hotel has many positives, including spacious rooms and enthusiastic front desk and breakfast staff. However, some details could be improved. For example, there were stains on the curtains and sofa cushions, and the corridor walls have visible scratches. The breakfast offers a decent variety, but the quality is average and may not align well with Western tastes. Overall, a good stay, though some refinements would make it better.

For anyone seeking a small boutique hotel style stay this place surely delivers. Its Great value, very clean and stylish rooms and comfortable beds and staff super helpful! I’ve not encountered anything similar in China - it seemed more in keeping with a holiday in Bali. Would highly recommend. And will stay again in my next trip to Shanghai.
