During booking, the picture shows the room have balcony, dining table and chairs, clean environment but it turned out to be the opposite. No balcony, no dining table and chairs and very old sofa. There wasn't even hand soap in the toilet.
No es un hotel y se llega a una oficina en el piso 16. Llegue allí después de 34 horas de vuelos y la oficina estaba cerrada y era apenas la una de la tarde y había un letrero en la puerta de esa oficina en chino en donde me entere que decía que por problemas de agua no atenderían a nadie hasta el lunes. No se imaginan lo difícil que fue conseguir a alguien que hablara en ingles y que me entendiera el problema y llamara por mi a esas oficinas y explicara mi caso, 4 horas después de estar intentando comunicarme con ellos apareció un señor de esa empresa y me ofreció alojamiento en unos apartamentos cerca a mayor costo y me pidió pagar la diferencia lo cual me negué y ademas me pidieron un deposito para entregarme el otro apartamento que debía usar solo por 2 días y regresar al primero 3 días después.
Debí volverme a cambiar de apartamento 3 días después alterando todas mis citas de trabajo y estancia en general. Fue una pésima experiencia.
