Do not stay there
We checked in and went to sleep very early. We woke to the floor/mirrors/fridge covered in water or condensation at 1130 pm. Went to the desk and they knew that was a problem. Then why rent it?? Gave us a new room, also soaking wet floors. I mean they looked like I threw a 5 gallon bucket down. Moldy curtains, broken items, tv might work, bathroom light didn’t work. The third room was dry but ratty as well. Beds hard as a rock. No bathroom light. Dead!

Looked Clean but a Rough stay
Hotel could use some major updates. The bathroom light won't come on, the shower curtain rod was coming out the wall, towel had faded pink dye, fitted sheet didn't fit properly an was dirty, the bed frame was so loud when you turned that it sounded like metal hitting more metal an it sagged in the middle.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The building is showing its age. It needs a facelift. Breakfast is very basic. In fact, even though breakfast was to last until 9:30, there was nothing left by 8:40 my second morning there. The hotel has two floors, but no elevator.

Put us in a room with no blankets or pillows or sheets. Bed was stained and nasty with huge brown spots all over it. There was coffee everywhere in the room and there was pieces of the bathroom on the sink I’m assuming for “maintenance”. All the sheets and pillows were in the bathtub with the light off and our door propped open. We complained and were moved to the room next door where we saw roaches crawling up the walls and in the bathroom. The bathroom light didn’t work, we were not given shampoo or conditioner, and the bed seemed to be on top of metal boxes that creaked every-time you moved even a little. The power kept flickering out, the wifi did NOT work even though it was “free”, and the TV frequently cut out due to rain. The couch in the room had stains all over it and a cut on the arm rest. The floors were sticky, the AC unit had dust and dirt all over it and the panel to the AC unit was ripped off and put on TOP of the unit itself. Walking into the room it was humid and hot and the windows looked like they had been sprayed with cleaner and then not cleaned off. Morning shift lady at the front desk seemed confused when I complained and left a day early (only stayed one night) and had difficulty explaining how and if I would get a refund. The night shift lady was more helpful, she was very nice. All the vending machines didn’t work, couldn’t swim because of the storm, and the gym had a treadmill that kept running even with no one on it while I was there. Terrible time

This was a good spot for a quick stay with my dog. The room and hotel were very clean. It is an older hotel but a nice stay.

Over all stay was fine. Staff was friendly. Only negative was the infestation of roaches. First noticed them while using the microwave, they started running through the screen. (Yuck) many were spotted and smashed throughout the stay. Kept all food in cooler / clothes suitcases in trash bags (did not want to bring them home)

Shower curtain had mold; tv didn’t work and had to be replaced; mold around calking of tub and wall, dirty towel hanging in room. Side door to get incident lock at night anyone can gain access to floors by using side entrances - no locking mechanism on door
