ANNULATION 2H avant l’arrivée

Le propriétaire a annulé le logement 2h avant notre arrivée ! Je me suis retrouvée mon mari et mes 3 enfants à la rue ! Chercher un logement de secours nous n’avions vraiment pas prévu de tomber sur une personne malhonnête ! Quand je l’ai eu au téléphone il m’a dit m’avoir envoyé un message en juin, hors ce n’était pas vrai. Pour me dire qu’au final ça ne changerai rien je n’étais plus la bienvenue ! 1h après il a annulé la reservation. Pourquoi n’a-t-il pas annuler en juin lors de son soit disant message ! Nous avons finis dans une auberge de jeunesse pour des raisons financière et de disponibilité dans le section ou nous étions au final.

Le propriétaire m'annonce la veille par Whatsapp qu'il ne peut plus nous louer l'appartement, et bien sûr il n'annule pas la réservation de son côté, ce qui m'empêche d'être remboursée, car si j'annule moi, je perds tout mon argent. Malgré plusieurs messages whatsapp il n'a jamais répondu, il n'a pas non plus répondu à Abritel, il a donc fallu que je trouve un logement en urgence, pas agréable du tout lorsqu'on est en vacances. j'attends qu'Abritel me rembourse !!!! en résumé c'est un voleur, n'y allez pas

Vermieter nicht erreichbar, Wohnung dreckig!

Wir haben über eine Woche vor dem Checkin täglich versucht den Vermieter zu erreichen, um Checkin Infos zu erhalten. Am Tag des Checkin teilte uns die angegebene Nummer via WhatsApp mit, dass es eine falsche Handynummer sei. FeWo direkt zwang uns trotzdem 3 Stunden zum Objekt zu fahren. Dort steckte der Schlüssel an der Türe, die Betten waren noch von vorherigen Gästen zerwühlt, Zigaretten lagen im Aschenbecher des Wohnraums und nichts war vorbereitet oder geputzt für uns. Das Gelände ist eine einzige Baustelle und die unnötige Anfahrt kostspielig und abenteuerlich. Jetzt warten wir auf die Rückerstattung seitens FeWo - ob wir über diese Plattform noch einmal buchen eher fraglich. Von dieser Unterkunft können wir allerdings auf jeden Fall abraten!

Nice and calm time mid of the nature with a great view from the balcony

* Fantastic view from the balcony * Very quite area * No car traffic, only goats and sheeps * Closed to walking areas * No store for food closed to the appartement, need around 45min * Managers of the appartement are available in case of need * GPS location of the appartement is needed, not easy to find the first time
