The room has strong smell of sewage that seriously irritated my lungs. The lock of the window is broken letting cold air and noise in throughout the night. The black-out roll is malfunctioning, it’s either fully closed or fully open, never in the middle. Yes the location is perfect but I will never use it again.

Perfect spot for a weekend
Dishes were not clean, but that is the cleaning lady's blame. Location is great, 15 min walking from main Cathedral, Alcazar, Plaza España. Ideal for a weekend visit to see the main monuments and explore the main neighborhoods.

Buena opcion para familia grande
El apartamento es bastante grande y puede alojar tranquilamente una familia o un grupo de amigos. Está cerca de Plaza de España y la Catedral dista a 20 minutos maximos, asi que muy bien por la ubicacion. El personal ha sido muy amable porque nos permitió dejar las maletas antes del check-in sin pagar ningun coste extra! Lo unico punto negativo es el ruido. Las ventanas no cubren el ruido de fuera, y aun estado a la septima planta se podian escuchar personas festejandos por la calle. Pero en general, lo recomendaria a personas en visita a Sevilla.

Sorpresa muy desagradable.
Al llegar nos encontramos unas bragas sucias en el suelo del baño. Fui a recepción y me dijeron que la limpieza correspondía al propietario. Lo llamé por teléfono y su respuesta fue "pero el resto está bien, no?" La solución consistió en que fue a quitarlas mientras que nosotros estabamos visitando la ciudad. Después nos dimos cuenta de que en la ducha había una pastilla de jabón gastada y un pequeño bote de gel abierto. Está claro que los anteriores inquilinos lo dejaron medio aceptable, por lo que al pasar la persona encargada de limpiar y verlo no solo no limpió si no que tampoco comprobó nada. Ya me cabe la duda incluso de si cambiaron las sábanas o solo las estiraron e hicieron la cama. Nunca nos había pasado nada igual.
