Mateos Gago Terrace VI it’s a beautiful 4-bedroom house with 3 floors and a private terrace located in Angeles street, next to Mateos Gago street. One of the most emblematic places of the Barrio Santa Cruz, in the old town of Seville, very close to the Cathedral.

Entering the house to the left, there is the first bedroom, with a double bed and windows with a view to the outside. In the same bedroom, there is a bathroom with a shower.

Walking down the hallway we can see the stairs which takes us to the first floor, very luminous thanks to 3 balconies. On this floor, there is the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. In the living room, there is a space with two sofas, armchairs and a Smart TV. Next to the living room, there is a dining room, with a table with space for 7-8 people, and the kitchen, equipped with all the needs for the stay.

Going up to the second floor, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom, very luminous, has two single beds, a built-in closet and a bathroom, with a shower and a bidet. The second bedroom on this floor has a double bed with a built-in closet and a bathroom with a shower.

Finally, on the third floor, there is the last bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. This bedroom is very bright thanks to large windows. On this floor there is access to a spacious private terrace, with a view to Angeles street and Mateos Gago street.

This house it’s located in one of the most characteristic areas of the city center, full of life, lively throughout the year and full of restaurants and bars where you can enjoy the gastronomy of the city. The location of this property makes it perfect to visit the main points of tourist interest on foot.

Seville is a hot city. We chose this unit because it listed a washer, air conditioning and same number of bedrooms as bathrooms. Immediately on check in we reported concerns about flickering lights and the functionality of the a/c. The management said they would get someone out to check that day. They did not, and while the a/c seemingly started to function, the entire rental lost power. Someone came out to reset the system and it functioned again for a little bit. The managers said they were going to assign us another unit. They did, they checked on it and again the power didn’t work in the next unit. They assigned us two homes to make our group fit, but it lacked the bathrooms we requested. As we were leaving the one unit to go to another, we spotted roaches. We requested refund for the unit and they refused. Don’t rent from them, this unit was a failure, and while attempts were made to correct, ultimately it was not what we paid for. If you see Genteel homes, expect poorly maintained units.

What an amazing location!
This was such an amazing house and the location was unbeatable! We were in the heart of the city with great restaurants and shopping right outside our door. The house is spacious and had great sleeping options and baths for a larger group. Everything was clean and well maintained. The A/C was so welcomed after a day of walking around midsummer. The separation of bedrooms allowed for our teens to stay up later while we slept. We will be back!!

We so enjoyed our trip to Seville. This apartment is right in the centre of all the excitement. It was well appointed and clean. I would recommend it to anyone. It is a bit noisy during the night but that just added to the ambiance for us

Great Location, Some Noise Problems
This 4 bedroom very clean apartment in the Angeles Street area is spacious and has a well appointed lovely kitchen, nice bedrooms with bathrooms in each bedroom. Furniture needs some maintenance and updating, upper floor bedroom has an older carpet. The many stairs in the home would make it difficult for anyone who has mobility issues. Great location, very close to the Cathedral and Alcazar and great restaurants are just around the corner. Issue with our stay is the constant noise of the restaurant patrons and pedestrians close by. You will be awakened by the loud noise of the restaurant next door every day cleaning, recycling bottles, folding tables etc at 130 am and again at 7 am as a result of the distribution centre delivering supplies to restaurants. The distribution centre is just across from the apartment. If you are a light sleeper this location may not work for you.

Gorgeous retrofitted historic house in santa cruz neighborhood
This was a beautiful house that was just the right size for my family of 5. All the kids got their own room and bathroom, and we enjoyed the historic elements of the house as well as being in the middle of the action with resturants around the corner and just steps from the cathedral. If you have mobility issues this is not the place for you. There are 2 flights of steps up to the kitchen and living room area and its four up to the top bedroom. There was also strangely no silverware in the house, despite having plates, cups, etc... since we were literally steps away from bars and restaurants we didnt really miss them. The housr is right off a busy street, so it stays noisy until 12 or 1 and then picks uo again in the morning as the restaurants get deliveries, but its a small price to pay for being in the middle of the action. When we aked to check in a little early becaue of when our train arrived they were very accommodating, and we loved the coverd rooftop patio that was perfect for drinks after a long night of touring around the city. That upstairs bedroom off the patio never really cooled off, probably because of the large patio windows and the 104 degree weather. Overall a great experience!

Location Location Location
Parked the car in a local parking garage and walked through the alleyways to get to the apartment. Not too far a walk. Excellent location where many restaurants are and close for the cathedral. Three floors so if you have issues getting up and down pick the ground floor room like my wife and I did. Each kid had their own bedroom and bathroom and enjoyed their own space. Air conditioning and heating in each room. Only one tv in the apartment so that could be improved. There was some noise being that close to the City but not too bad. Communication was good and easy and flexible. Will recommend.

Wonderful location, well-managed property
The location is right in the middle of the main strip of tapas bars in the area so expect it to be busy - you might even get late night serenades from the bar patrons on Friday & Saturday nights. But we were enchanted by the local tapas scene it was exactly what we were looking for. The apartment is spacious (for Seville) and well-managed. Perhaps the only drawback is that the furniture (mattresses/chairs) was only so-so comfort-wise. Other than that no complaints what so ever. We really enjoyed our two-week stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great house in a central location
We stayed in this property in Oct 2022. The house is very centrally located near the cathedral. Lots of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. This property is lovely and spacious and it worked well for 2 families staying there. The booking process was easy and the communication was very good. We set the alarm off on one of the nights we were there and it was sorted out quickly. All of the rooms have en-suites and there is a top floor patio - really nice to sit out there in the evening. The kitchen is really well equipped and we made a good breakfast every morning. There is a coffee machine, with coffee and tea provided. We had a great stay in Seville and the house was great.

Wonderful home in Seville!
We stayed here in October 2022 with 8 adults and the location was simply the best. Just outside the door were fantastic restaurants and the cathedral was simply minutes away. The home featured one bedroom on the first floor, 2 more bedrooms on the second floor as well as the kitchen/living area, and then the master bedroom on the third floor with a beautiful terrace. The host met us at the home and went over all the details of the home and also shared some the sites/locations around Seville. The home had AC units in each room which was a real bonus, since Seville was still warm during the day. A full kitchen, featuring a Nespresso machine, was great for us. The washer, on the first floor, was not working so we let the host know. I would highly recommend this home.

Très bon emplacement
Très bon séjour, il y a eu un petit problème d'eau mais nos interlocuteurs ont été très réactifs et attentifs. L'appartement est grand, la cuisine très bien équipée. L'emplacement est juste incroyable et le parking à 5 mn à pied
