Wonderful place EXCEPT they turned the A/C system off for the season yesterday and the hotel room is uncomfortably warm. They have no fans to loan and the street noise makes is impossible to sleep with the terrace door open. It is an absolute deal breaker and we never would have considered staying here had we known.

This hotel was in a great location. Had plenty of dining options and was certainly within walkable distance of anything you would want to see. It was in a somewhat busy neighborhood, but we were not disturbed at all with noise. The staff was helpful and we got great recommendations for restaurants from the lovely woman at the front desk. Don’t miss the blanco Paloma across the river!

The front desk staff were excellent particularly as we had mislaid an item that they found and emailed us with the news. We liked the small cafe area and the walkable location. Rooms on the ground floor can experience customer noise travelling from the reception area but after mentioning this it did not happen again. Would return.

The rooms were comfortable and well stocked with free beer, soda and water, as well as expresso and chips. We even had free champagne. The staff was very kind and helpful on directions and suggestions. The hotel is right in the middle of all the attractions and restaurants. The only negative was that it was a little noisy in the weekend with the pub next door, but we slept through most of it.
