They need to remove "Breakfast Included", as they only provide small muffins, juice & coffee in the lobby..they send you a text to find out if or when you are checking out..unnecessary..will stay again although it is a distance in traffic to travel to Pigeon Forge. We have stayed several times but husband complains about drive to PF..

We have stayed here several times in the past and planned another trip to this hotel because we enjoy the layout of the rooms. However, it has gone severely downhill. It’s obviously they are trying to make renovations but our room had a terrible order and the ceiling above the shower would leak when the room above us showered. Will not be back.

Relaxing place to stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved sitting out on the the balcony. It was very relaxing and the weather was perfect. Normally when it gets dark we would have to go back in the room but this time the bulb on the balcony was replaced and turned on when it got dark. It's all about the little things that make a difference.

Every piece of the property was dirty. Corridors, elevator, carpet, doors, curtains, bedsheets. Room was stinking. I was coughing when sitting on couch. Door knobs don’t work as expected on the first try. Breakfast doesn’t exist. The option saying breakfast included was totally deceiving. A total overpriced property.
