This property is listed as pet friendly and when I booked they charged a non-refundable pet fee. On arrival they refused to honor the reservation because I had a cat. At 1 AM in the morning I had to find another hotel, and this property has refunded neither the prepaid cost paid through Expedia nor have the refunded the pet fee. I would strongly recommend finding somewhere else to stay in Sevierville.

We checked in and tried to open the door to the room. We couldn't open it so we went back to the front desk. The attendant said to push really hard on the handle and door and to have my husband do it. We finally got in the room and started relaxing. My husband went to take a shower and the faucet was out of the wall about an inch . The water was coming from a hole just below the knob not the faucet and we could not turn the shower head on. Then i see a bed bug crawling across the bed. I started taking pictures of everything and went to the front desk. The attendant said all he could do was give us a different room and that he would have to investigate. I told him i did not want a different and that we was leaving. I have email the property manager and still have not heard anything back.

Not bad for an overnight stay
Arriving to a vacated room that wasn't cleaned yet didn't give the best first impression, but we were switched to the room next door which was fine. Room was fine but the pillows weren't so great and the couch was really uncomfortable. On the positive side, great pool and hot tub!

Horrible with bugs and no comp
There were bugs in the room. It has a deop ceiling and they were crawling in ans out and you can tell there was water damage from above. It looked more like a motel. You walk in from the outside directly to room. I asked if they disnt have any drop ceiling rooms ans they said no. We told them about bugs and they only gave a discount instead of comp my stay and i have called and spoke to general manager Shirley and she said they wont comp my stay they only do it for bed bugs which I dont know whay bugs it was. Some say bed bugs some say roaches. She said they had someone there that day taking care of the bugs. Breakfast wasnt good. Online saw it say workout room and there was no workout room. We asked. I have pictures but it wont let me add them.

The front desk was pretty awful. They spent 5 minutes cleaning the front desk before letting me check in and just ingored me. Everything else is fine. What youd expect from an older 2 star motel.

Brought my family for a birthday trip, rude staff very very poor customer service. We came specifically for the heated pool and hot tub, hot tub was a luke warm bath and heated pool was cold. Wasted money even booking here. The only good thing was the orange juice in the machine had pulp, I'll give them that. Oh and they don't have vending machines so don't look forward to that midnight snack. Just book somewhere else so you're not freezing and mad.

We were traveling with our 6 and 8 year old sons and loved how there was a separate sleeping area and sitting area. We were able to tuck them into bed and still spend quality time with each other in the other part of the room without waking them.
