ABOUT THIS SPACE
Happy Trails Cabin is conveniently located in the scenic Wears Valley area and nestled in the peaceful Wonderland Woods neighborhood. A short drive to the Great Smokey Mountains National Park and centrally located between all major tourist cities of Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, downtown Gatlinburg and Townsend. Enjoy your morning coffee and soak in the rustic wooded mountain view surrounded by lush trees from our large back deck while birds sing you a tune. Enjoy the large front porch with custom wood carvings and relax in one of the wooden rocking chairs. Newly remodeled modern cabin is the perfect getaway for your family vacation or weekend with friends. After a fun filled day on the town or exploring the mountains, relax and unwind watching the sunset in the 5 person hot tub and enjoy a beautiful mountain view of Little Round Top. Head over to the game room and check out the Classic Arcade with OVER 400 GAMES to choose from. The game room is used as a 3rd bedroom. The kitchen is a show piece! It has a large center island with granite countertops offering plenty of space for cooking your favorite meal. This cabin has a large circular driveway providing plenty of parking and easy access getting in and out year round for all vehicles. This three bedroom two bathroom cabin has an additional bonus room to sleep an extra guest which is accessible through the master bedroom.

THE SPACE
One level:

This uniquely designed cabin sleeps up to 6-(8 people max) comfortably.

First bedroom- King bed, Smart TV , dresser, closet is in the adjoined bathroom. Jetted tub, separate glass door shower, double vanity, double sinks with mirrors. Bathroom has dual access from bedroom and living room

Second bedroom- Queen bed, Smart TV, dresser, closet, adjoined bathroom, single sink, shower and tub combo.

3rd bedroom/game room- Twin over double bunk bed, dresser, 3 cushion couch, classic arcade 400 games, foosball, mounted telescoping smart led TV , ceiling fan, personal air conditioning and heater. Access through second bedroom or back deck.

Bonus room attached through the master has a single day bed. Personal air conditioning and heater unit.

Living room- Two leather lazy boy sofas with electric recliners, 65’ Smart LED TV offering free Samsung TV and movies. The TV's in the living room master bedroom and game room are all smart TV's so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO passwords for your favorite movie apps. Living room has wall to wall hardwood floors; high ceilings with accent wooden beams and a large ceiling fan, shoe and coat rack, board games, and a stacked stone gas log fireplace. (not available during summer months)

Spacious kitchen area- Large center island with granite counter top, essential appliances. Eg: Coffee maker, Keurig, blender, toaster, crockpot, pots, pans, cookie sheets, utensils etc..

Outside: Features Front porch, Back deck, Large yard, BBQ Grill, Hot Tub, Rocking chairs, Cushion chairs, 1 Sun lounger chair.

Laundry room-Washer, dryer, iron and board

ITEMS TO NOTE:

We provide starter supplies for our guests: 1 single use shampoo and bar of soap per bathroom, 1 sponge, 2 dishwasher tabs, 1 laundry detergent packet, 2 trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 single use coffee packets, 1 small liquid dish soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. All other cabin supplies will need to be provided by the guest e.g. charcoal etc.

Internet: We have WI-FI set up at the cabin (1200Mbps)
During your stay at this cabin, you'll be close to Walker Sisters Place. Features include a water park, a hot tub, and an arcade/game room. Free WiFi and a jetted tub are available in the cabin.

Peaceful Private Getaway
The cabin was just as described. We really enjoyed the back deck and the fireplace. The beds were comfortable and there was all you needed for a short or long stay. Navigation systems take you all the way. The whole place was incredibly clean. Great choice for a Smokey Mountain trip.

Fabulous stay
This house was so much better than expected! It is larger than it looks in the photos and so incredibly comfortable. The hot tub worked beautifully, as did everything else including the fireplace. There are limited supplies, but we stayed 6 nights and that was expected. The location was perfect, I cannot recommend Wears Valley in general enough! Perfect location for exploring the park and going into Townsend. Note the setup of the rooms, but it wasn't an issue for us and all were comfortable. My brother became addicted to the games lol.

Great Stay!
We loved our stay in this cabin! The cabin was very clean, and we had plenty of room. The kitchen is very spacious, with plenty of room to put away food and snacks. The cabin had everything we needed. Communication and check in/out was easy. The location is great to get to Pigeon Forge, Townsend, and Gatlinburg. We hope to stay here again!

Great Location.
The location was a perfect spot to either direction and get to Pigeon Forge or Knoxville easily. The house was perfect for 2 families if needed with having a common ground to eat and relax. We only had 3 people for our vacation. The owner reached out a few times. Only complaint was a smell from the trash can, I believe it was out of his control since he hires a company to clean. Overall, the place was very clean and welcoming.

Maid service and cleanliness of this property is top notch. I enjoyed using the kitchen. Most of our meals were prepared on the property. The only problem we had with the property was with the adjoining bedroom off the master, and the gameroom with bunkbed off the other bedroom. Since everyone didn't go to bed at the same time, it was very easy to disturb one another. The bathrooms were very noisy with the barn style doors. They tend to not block out the sound. Our group was easy going about it though. On the first full day of our stay, a mother bear and her 3 cubs came to visit us in our backyard. Beware! She seems to think the deck with the trashcans is her domain. My husband had to block her entrance onto the deck in the early afternoon.

Great Cabin and getaway
Beautiful cabin. VERY clean and has everything you need. Nice location and quiet neighborhood. My mother, sister, and I enjoyed it very much. P.S. We saw two mama bears with 5 cubs just crossing the road not far from the cabin on the way to town and 1 bear walked between the porch and our car at the cabin!

Great property in Wears Valley - super close to the park! All one level, which was perfect for our group as we were traveling with an elderly family member. Interior has been updated and the kitchen was especially well appointed. The host was very communicative and made check-in/out easy.

Smokey Mountain retreat
Nice cabin in the mountains! Perfect location because it is in the middle of all the popular areas. Everything is about a 30 min drive to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge Island, downtown Gatlinburg, Sugarland visitor center, and a little more to Cades Cove. We were lucky with warm days and cooler nights , so we used the nice hot tub! We had a great time and everyone had there own space! Owner respnded quickly about any concerns and checked in on us through VRBO to make sure all was going well! Would recommend staying here. Worked good for my son in a wheelchair. We did bring our own shower bench and needed to bump him up a step to get inside then all good.

Amazing cabin
The cabin is beautiful. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. They are very high which made it a little difficult for someone who is handicapped to get in the bed, but we made it work. There was only one issue which were in both bathrooms. If you are a larger than average person the toilet areas are very small. Even with that, I would definitely stay here again.

Family getaway.
Took our elderly parents for a brief getaway. The location of the cabin was beautiful. Loved that the cabin was completely on one level for their mobility. Would recommend this cabin for others with similar issues.

Great Cabin!
The cabin is beautiful and in a great location in Wears Valley. It was clean other than a few spider webs around the bottom of the kitchen cabinets. The cabinet was nice and had beautiful furniture. Our only complaint was the recliners only one worked.

Great Place for Seniors
Great cabin to stay with elderly. I traveled with two seniors (82 & 76.) Since they both sleep in recliners and need grab bars at the toilet, I knew this place would be perfect! Here are some things to know before booking: 1) You will need to bring extra dish soap, trash bags, and laundry detergent from home 2) if your loved one requires a recliner, you can rent one short term from the Rent-A-Center in Pigeon Forge. They deliver and pick up before checkout. (3 of the 4 recliners didn’t work so we had to do this.) 3) They have really nice and large bath sheets (towels) to fit large bodies 4) other items to bring from home: cooking spices, extra blankets (there was only one,) and hand soap for each bathroom. 5) There are technically a two master bedrooms flanked on each end of the house with a room attached to each bedroom. That’s where the additional beds and gaming rooms are. This is a great set up for those of you with kids! We’ll definitely stay here when we return.

Beautiful cabin in the foothills
This is a wonderful little cabin that is great for a family get-away. It is all on one floor, which was great for someone who can't get around as easily. The beds were nice, and the living room and kitchen are very comfortable. The back deck is a great relaxing place, where we enjoyed the changing color of the leaves. It is also pretty convenient to get to the Smokies, and drive on up to Cades Cove. You won't go wrong with this cabin!

Beautiful house in Wears Valley. Easy to get to. Close ro Townsend, PF and GSMNP. We stayed 6 nights. I do feel that for 6 nights, 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods were not enough. The arcade games to our surprise were pay to play. We had never encountered that at a rental before. The kitchen is gorgeous and living room is comfortable wirh the recliners . Beds are very comfortable. Although there are no extra blankets.

Loved the property. This is perfect for a family as the master is on one side of the house with a small room and twin bed with trundle off the master. The master bath is beautiful and the tub is bigger enough for 4. Only negative is they need a tankless water heater. Ha. The other side of the house has a queen bed and bath and off that is the play room with a double bed and twin over. Peaceful back deck with hot tub. You won't regret this property for the beauty and the convenience to towns. 20-25 to pigeon Forge, Townsend or Gatlinburg.

Loved everything about the cabin. The 2 little rooms off the main rooms worked out perfectly for the 2 little ones we had and their sleeping. The master bathroom is amazing!! Kitchen is beautiful and had stocked ice maker that kept up with the demand the whole week. Not the best views but so peaceful and perfect. Close enough to everything you need. Supposed to b bears in the area but we didn’t see any. Host was great!!

Gorgeous house and location
We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful property. We loved the sitting on the deck, using the hot tub with views of the mountains, and cooking in the kitchen. Wears Valley is an amazing location off the beaten path with easy access to the National Park. The kids loved their room with the games. Thank you for your clear communication of the property.
