Since Vrbo keeps insisting that I write a review about a cabin I never stayed at, sure, here you go. I did in fact make a reservation for this cabin, but several weeks later I was informed by the property management company that the owner spent a large amount of money on renovations, and no longer accepts pets. (This was a top amenity we were needing). There could have been many solutions that the owner or the property management company could have offered, but my options were 1. cancel the reservation for a refund, or 2. not bring our dog. I opted to cancel the reservation and was refunded the money I was required to pay up front for the cabin. I never received a refund for the Vrbo booking fee, which is ridiculously high by the way, even after several calls and attempts at explaining the situation. There is still an open dispute with my credit card company for the fee. This is not at all an opinion-driven review. These are facts.
