The property is ideally situated just a short drive from key routes like US-411 (Dolly Parton Parkway) and Veterans Boulevard, offering smooth access to downtown Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the entrances to Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

While a car is highly recommended for exploring the area, especially for scenic drives and mountain excursions, rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are also available throughout Sevierville and neighboring towns. Guests can easily arrange pickups to major attractions like Dollywood, The Island in Pigeon Forge, or downtown Gatlinburg.

▶ To avoid insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee up to $500. For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F.

▶ This house is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).

▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.

▶ We are happy to accommodate small pets at our property. A non-refundable pet fee of $125 per pet per stay will be applied only to guests who indicate they are bringing a pet when making their reservation. If this is not indicated at the time of booking, we will manually request the pet fee payment.

▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.

▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.

▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the apartment is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.

▶ TRASH: A bear-safe bin is located on the front side of the house and contains two large trash containers. There is no trash service available in the area. During turnover, the cleaners will take the trash to the county trash collection sites. If guests have more trash than what fits in both containers, they are responsible for bringing the extra trash to one of the available county collection sites.

▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.
