Rather tired in terms of decor and very noisy neighbours
The apartment needs a coat of paint where the paint has been rubbed off on some doors and the walls in places. The bottom of the shower unit leaked causing water to go on the bathroom floor. The space around the bed in the main bedroom is rather tight and the wood frame expands into the limited space. We could have lived with these small problems but the noise from the flat above was awful and went on late into the night so we were unable to sleep. It sounded like furniture being dragged across the floor and children were constantly running about on what sounded like wood floor boards, with several people talking loudly throughout. Only one of two lifts working and that jammed on a floor while we were there. On the plus side the views are amazing and the appartment otherwise well appointed, the windows are sound proofed so no traffic noise, unless you want to sit on the balcony - then the traffic noise is very loud. The air conditioning is a great plus and works well. With a bit of TLC this would be a lovely flat, but is misuse bothers you perhaps not the right choice.
