The place is just gross. Staff are so rude & unfriendly as well as the people. The lifts are so awful, take ages & skip the floor you choose. The rooms smell & the doors slam every time you use them therefore it is so noisy. Paid ridiculous price for late checkout & they still harassed me to check out at original time - had to prove I’d paid luckily I kept the receipt! And there are so many people walking around with battered, bruised & bandaged faces because of the obsession with plastic surgery. Would never stay here ever again - 100% avoid.

It was on the other end of gangnam but still had a few cafes and places to eat nearby. Bathroom was small but had a bathtub which was nice. Bed was really hard and only had one pillow that was also really hard. Room was small and hard to move around once you had your luggage inside, which wasnt bad for me as I was by myself and relatively small. Free breakfast was nice.

Great location
Location is superb, brekky is mediocre, reception staff is quite stiff, cleaning ladies are super nice and accommodating, room is too small and so is the bathroom. The best thing about this hotel is the bathtub and the hotel location.
