This is my second time to stay at this hotel and will definitely stay the next time I’m in Seoul. Location is 10/10 and the beds are comfortable. Staff is excellent in giving good advise for any inquiries related to getting around.

Overall, it was average. The hotel is located in a convenient area in Myeongdong. Room was decent and has a really nice view of the city. However, I wish they offered more complementary toiletries like free toothbrush sets, lotions, etc. like other hotels around the area.

If you want to shop around and be around other tourists then this is your choice. The Bight market is just few steps away. A lot of shops! But just bewate of those beauty stores who sell very expensive beauty products. Safest i guess is to get it from Olive Young, or the own store of the brand that you are looking for. They said if you are in Seoul, go to Gangnam, Hongdae and Itaewon. Around Hongdae, in that Hongik University, a lot of young crowds. That place is not for me… and there is this one street that i passed by where you can see too many cigarette butts. It was disgusting. They said it’s cheaper to shop and eat around that are but NO thanks!

Inside the hotel is very quiet but not outside because too many vehicles. Vehicles don’t bothered us. I didn’t rated parking because we weren’t driving. The bathroom doesn’t have a ventilation and it caused smells like contaminated so I asked a maid to change the shower curtain so she did but still smells every time right after took a shower. I think it’s that tiles need be really good spray with germ killer. Other than that it was really enjoyable staying the hotel and we will visit again! Front desk staffs are really kind so do housekeepers 👍

Excellent service from front desk. Manager Park and check in with Choi was easy , answered all my questions and setup my taxi back to the airport. Very profar and friendly. Highly recommend to my family and friends. Rooms were clean and modern.
