Overall it's a nice place without heading outside seoul, but lots of facilities(like a main swimming pool)and even window side dining seating goes only to memebers. If you are just a hotel guests, you can't use main pool which it's highlight of the hotel and can’t even seat in window setting. Disappointed.

1. Remember it is an ondol room which is Korean traditional heating system that makes very hard to control the temperature. They set up the room at 28 degree when the outside temperature was 15. My entire family couldn’t sleep even after opening the window whole night and turned off the heater immediately. 2. Be aware they do not have an extra bed for the suite - I paid 55,000 krw for an extra blanket and pillow. 3. Very weird layout. Heard it was originally developed as a resort but ending up selling to the public hotel. Suite is not really a suit - you only get one bathroom with a living room with 6 seating dining table without sink, and need to mention the sofa is only 3 seater. They attempted to renovate hard to make the resort condominum to the hotel room but it is such a weird design and poorly built and furnished hotel. Overall horrible experience. Not worth for money.

이 호텔은 좀 실망이 큽니다.
유니폼이 아닌 사복을 입고 룸 청소하러 오시는 직원분, 호텔 앞길에서 큰쓰레기봉지를 들고 이동하고 있는 직원분, 호텔 엘레베이터에서 에어컨이 없어서 기다리는 동안 땀도 많이 나고 심지어 많이 좁고, 호텔 빵집은 턱이 높게 있어 유모차가 들어갈수도 없고, 거실에서 앞에 바로 레스토랑 식사하는 분들이 그대로 다 보이고, 뷰는 앞에 빌라촌이 보이고, 히노키탕은 물 틀고 끄려면 프론트에 전화해야하고, 가구는 오래되고 여러모로 5성호텔 맞나 싶네요.

객실정비는 체크인 시간까지 완료되지 않아서 30분이상 기다려야했고, 그렇게 배정받은 방은 깨끗하지도 않았습니다. 치킨가루같은것이 쇼파에 떨어져있고, 테이블은 음료수가 묻어서 깨끗하지 않았습니다. 바닥은 먼지가 폴폴 객실로가는 엘레베이터는 여름인데 에어콘이 아닌 따뜻한 바람이 나오더군요 방을 제외한 객실 건물은 전체적으로 덥습니다

비회원 투숙으로 간다면 완전 비추
어른 2, 초등학생 3명이 투숙하였는데, 팀버 주니어스위트 구조가 너무 별로였습니다. 옷장있는 곳에 침대를 두어서 별도 룸처럼 되어 있는 것은 좋았으나, 잠만 자는 것이 아니라면 분리된 공간이 비효율적이고, 욕실과 화장실은 비정상적으로 컸습니다. 에어컨이 잘 작동하지 않았고, 2층이었는데 반지하 뷰였습니다. 직원분이 더 고층은 빌라뷰라면서 2층을 추천했는데, 어이없이 2층은 옆에 있는 다른 건물에서 훤히 다 내려다 보이는 뷰더군요. 비회원이 이용하는 수영장이 너무 작고, 너무 더러웠습니다. 물에 뭐가 둥둥 떠다니고 수영장 옆에 있는 자쿠지에는 죽은 개구리가 떠다니고 있었습니다. 밤에 갔더니 수영장 물에 벌레가 엄청나게 떠 있어서 모두들 벌레에 기겁하며 물결을 일으켜 헤치다가 그냥 방으로 가는 분위기였어요. 회원들 투숙건물과 이용시설 대비 일반투숙객은 이용가능한 시설 수준이 너무 안좋아서, 일반투숙객 비용으로 리조트 전체 운영비용을 어느정도 충당하는 것 같아서 비회원 투숙으로는 다시 안 갈 생각입니다.
