Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, comfortable with excellent service. Close to the train station and 5-10mins walk to Myeongdong. There is a convenience store open 24/7 which is amazing if you're craving for midnight snacks.

good location, walking distance to myeongdong, lots of cafes, pubs, restaurants within 2-3 minute walking distance, bus and metro stop nearby which is very convenient. Very helpful staff, cleaning staff was very friendly. Only downside was that the room was set at 25 degrees in summer and due to central system the temperature gauge can't be changed in the room. Manage to have a fan for the room which helped. Also the gym/fitness facilty available is poor for a 4 star hotel, with only 2 threadmill and free weights without a bench.

Good location close to Euljiro 3 metro with Green and Orange line access. 5-10 min walk to central Myeongdong. The beds were firm and pillows flat so my neck hurt. Bathtub wall was high so hard to get in/out. I loved the water machines on each floor. Otherwise staff really nice. The gym is small but has some treadmills and weights which were good for me.

The room is clean and spacious. There is also a shared space on every floor where you can use a microwave and water dispenser. A washing machine and dryer is also available on the lowest floor, if you need to wash your clothes. Free lockers are also available for 12 hours which is very useful, as I had a late flight back home and I could use the locker to put my luggage even after checking out. The hotel has two train stations just a walking distance away. The Myeongdong street is also a 10-15 mins walk.

I’m glad that we stayed at this hotel. It’s super convenient. It’s close to Myeongdong Cathedral and the famous Myeongdong night market. It’s also just a few minutes away from most of the tourist spots. Aside from that, the staff were all really nice and accommodating. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I go back to South Korea. ❤️

We stayed at the Nine Tree Premier Hotel Myeongdong 2 for 7 nights at the end of August. The hotel is clean and rooms fresh. The hotel is close to three subway stations (Lines 2,3 & 4) and Myeondong shopping area. Check in was easy and the team had my booking already on the system. The hotel has good facilities including: Coin laundry comprising 3 washers and 3 dryers (though these do get busy in the evenings) and a vending machine for detergent at reasonable prices. The machines take credit cards and are easy to use. GS25 Convenience store, gym, outdoor roof terrace/smoking area, rooftop bar, restaurant Our room did not have a view but we were advised of this at check and it was fine for us as our room was bigger than most. Water pressure was good and the toiletries provided excellent. There was a flat screen TV, fridge, kettle, tea & coffee, hair dryer, bath robes. Water bottles are also provided. The beds were comfortable and you can choose different types of pillows. There was a wireless charging pad next to one of the bedside tables and a socket for other devices. Internet connectivity was good. The only (minor) downsides we experienced were: The TV is not a smart TV with no internet connectivity. I would have expected a hotel of this reputation to have this feature. There were not enough sockets in convenient places to charge devices. Also the sockets protruded into the sleeping space. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would stay again.

Location is perfect. The hotel is close to Myeongdong shopping street, the metro lines, and bus stations. Staff are accommodating. Room size is generous. Availability of GS25 (convenience store) on the ground floor is great. Check-in and check-out process was smooth. Would definitely book here again when I return to Seoul. Highly recommended

I really enjoyed my stay at Nine Tree! The room was large for 2 people, very clean and luxurious! All the staff are very friendly and always ready to help you! Our stay was amazing! It was a girls' trip in Seoul and our stay at the Ninetree was more than we could ask for. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was super clean, our housekeeper on the 16th floor (we were your daughters in 1628!) was the most phenomenal human being on this planet. I felt right at home with the staff and the location was perfect! Just booked my second stay here for a wedding I am going to in October and I will keep staying at this property for all my future visits in Seoul! Thank you for all your kindness Ninetree Myeongdong 2 staff!
