We stayed for 5 nights here and checked-in at late evening, the first sight of the hotel is bad cuz it look old and cheap which look so different from pics from Expedia. So I feel so disappointed and feel like cheated. Till next day morning, I looked around and I feel much better cuz I found there are Line shop, a small shopping mall and some restaurant around, so I would say it’s okay to stay but I don’t think I would stay again here.

Fabulous location, loved Insadong, so close to hanok traditional houses and palaces. The hotel is near Anguk station and there were plenty of people around even till late. It felt safe as a solo female traveller. The housekeeping ladies were warm, friendly and super efficient. When I needed an iron, they came immediately with one. When the bathroom drain was blocked, they sent maintenance people quickly too. Somehow I booked an accessible room, perhaps by mistake, so the room wasn't the most comfortable (I don't need a wheelchair) and didn't have any sofa or armchair. The tap at the sink was automatic and the water was too cold. Using the shower made the bathroom very wet - this may have been the design which would have suited a wheelchair. The slippers they provided had no grip and frankly, it was very slippery and dangerous in the wet bathroom. Clicking noises from the lift were audible almost all the time which became quite annoying. However, the room was otherwise comfortable. The pillow menu was a bonus.

They always kept our room clean and organized, staff members were always very polite and helpful when we had questions. You can also leave your luggage some hours before your check-in or after your check-out.

It met all of our needs although it was not high end. Our room was clean, quiet and the breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The neighborhood was very interesting with lots of cultural museums and shopping nearby. We walked everywhere from the hotel. The staff was great and very helpful. They even loaned us electrical adapters.

Great location. Easy to get to from airport -train to seoul station and then taxi. Walkable to most attractions. Not many western options for breakfast, but good bakery downstairs. Stayed 2x, first time no towels in room and 2nd large clump of black hair on the shower wall. Despite this would still recommend as good place to stay for loaction alone.

The property and room were decent—nothing extraordinary, but also not disappointing, just average. The rooftop is a nice feature with good drinks and a pleasant view. One of the exits opens to a busy shopping street full of charming boutiques and restaurants. The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy walking access to many neighborhoods and close proximity to a major metro line.

My first time staying in this hotel chain & surprisingly it exceeded my expectations. The interior is relatively new & clean. What i loved most was the convenient location from Anguk Station, Ikseon-dong, Gyeongbukgong & even Myeongdong if you want to walk. The hotel even provides free locker services for guests who need to keep their luggage before check-in or after checkout. I managed to save the trouble of lugging my huge luggage to Busan and stored it for free at the hotel then my check-in which was 3 days later. Definitely a plus for me.

Great location, great food in the Sky Lounge! The staff in the Sky Lounge was very knowledgeable and friendly. However, my room wasn't clean. When I lifted the blanket for the first time, I found three hairs in my bed.

Nice Stay but prepare for smokers
You can smell somone smoking in the room. This place is a non smoking hotel however there's a huge chance guests are ignoring the rule. Stayed for approx 4 days but half the days we smelled heavy smoke. Overall, bathroom was great, cleaniness was great, front staff were friendly, and great location.
