We loved this hotel. In the middle of everything but still quiet night’s sleep. The staff was very helpful in arranging transportation to the airport and providing recommendations on places to visit.

Everything was great from front of house to housekeeping, however in our room, the shower was situated right next to the toilet so all activities in the toilet was loud and clear. This was rather embarrassing.

I’m so glad we stayed at the Mercure Ambassador hotel. It was conveniently located: close to the subway, shopping, food, and cafes! Hongdae is a very busy area, but we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We had an issue with our air conditioning but the staff offered a room change and free drinks to compensate. They were so friendly, and the hotel was very clean and breakfast was good. We would definitely stay again!
