LUn bel hôtel avec une ambiance envoûtante, bien que l’usure du temps soit perceptible. Lors de la dernière nuit, le ménage a été fait de manière négligente (oreillers non remis en place et produits de nettoyage laissés sur place), le goutte à goutte de la douche qui réveille en plein nuit, ce qui est décevant pour un 5*. Cela dit le personnel est sympathique et l’emplacement est excellent.

A magnificent hotel in a great location
Hotel L’Escape is a romantic and classy hotel. The air is permeated with fresh flowers in the lobby from the moment you enter the hotel. We arrived past midnight and the staff greeted us with smiles and gave us an upgrade because it was available. Our room is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with French tapestry, lamps and paintings. The bathroom is large and had two sinks. There is a separate shower and toilet with bidet. In the main bath is a bathtub with golden knobs. The electric and lighting are controlled by a modern system that is great once you figure out what all the knobs do. It is quiet and a great location for shopping. The location is very convenient, Namdaemun market is a few minutes walking and Hoehyeon subway and buses are just a few steps away. There are so many great places to eat around the hotel. The hotel itself has two great restaurants, French and Chinese. The breakfast is top notch with French, Korean and Chinese cuisines. All are prepared at a Michelin star quality. We will stay at the Hotel L’Escape again when we go to Seoul.

Beautiful hotel and very convenient to public transport. Lots of shops and restaurant nearby, great location. If you staying only a couple of days it’s ok but if you staying longer you find that the breakfast is the same everyday. Could have something different or alternate the menu every couple of days. Lighting in room is a little dark and bathroom door or partition is a little hard to close. Beside all that, it’s still a great place to stay. Would booked again and will recommend friends as well.

Incredible hotel. It was absolutely perfect. I’ve travelled to a lot of countries, and it’s rare you find a hotel this quality at the price point. Dead quiet - I felt like I had the floor to myself! Beautiful rooms, accommodating staff, and a perfect location. Highly recommend.

It was easy to communicate with the staff in English. Room was clean and enjoyable. Location is great because it’s next to a subway line, but if you are coming by subway with large luggage, you may have to walk a bit from a different exit to use the elevator. Food is amazing if you choose to eat in the hotel. I would consider staying here again!

The room was as advertised and beautiful. One thing to note, is that they do not provide for free a toothbrush and toothpaste. By staying here we also got a 10% discount at one of their restaurant and the bar. The service by the staff was impeccable. This place is 100% worth the price. Definitely will be staying again.

It is a French-inspired, upscale luxury hotel that offers excellent service, beautiful, spacious hotel rooms, and elegantly decorated lounges and restaurants. I feel like this hotel is a hidden gem in downtown Seoul, right next to one of the best luxury department stores and a famous street market. I truly enjoyed my stay here.
