The room was simply dirty. Bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty, thought they didn't change the sheets after customers checked out. Toilet was blocked and a lady came with suction stick and fixed. The shower was also blocked with hairs from previous customers. One thing that I liked this premise was that the convenience store is located on the ground floor. I will not recommend this premise at all. Just try others

The property is about 15mins away from Myeongdong using Metro. Our room got cleaned everyday. Wonder staff. Highly recommended.

The Hyundai Residenece is an Old hotel, no AC in hall way and smell bad The staff is very nice and helpful, no coffee or tea in the room, the bath towels very small.

Staffs are very kind and polite. They supply only one small towel. You need to use this small towel after taking shower and washing your face. I called to reception for body towel but they refused to supply. Hotel room is clean. Bring your own towel.

There is no receptionist on duty 24 hours. 4PM check-in is strictly enforced. There was no one to talk to at the reception when we arrived. We had to wait in the lobby until someone came. There is no one at night either or when we checked-out
