The best hotel I stayed at during our trip to South Korea. Spacious enough to open two large suitcases. The bathroom was clean and shower area had options for rain shower or regular shower head. Bedding was confortable. Room cleaning staff were great and made sure we got clean towels and water for days we didnt need our room cleaned. Super convenient location in Haeundae and steps away from the train station. Loved the smart TV. The elevator situation was not as bad as others mentioned. There were separate elevators that went up to the higher floors.

Great location!
All of the desk personnel were very professional and helpful. We had an issue with accessing tv and within minutes someone came to fix it for us. The location in Seoul was fantastic, close to the central train station and to Namdaemun Market and many restaurants. The only weakness was the size of the room which was a queen bed with about 1 foot open on three sides to walk, just a bit tight for average size US folk.
