Stay 4 nights and the entrance have a small curb and not noticeable and my husband fall down. No replenishment of coffee and tea bag and need to request. sleepers not replenished daily. Good about the hotel, there is a washing machine

It feels like the room is not being cleaned properly. Amenity is not replaced accordingly i.e. the cleaning lady disposed our sleepers without replacing it. Teas and water as well leaving used cups and not replacing them after cleaning.

Great location. Walkable to many of the tourist spots, and a few blocks to the main metro lines. Building was new and modern - gym, games room, lounge area. Great value for money.

Very convenient location close to train stations and shuttle bus stop. Very clean interior. One thing I would like to suggest is to add shower curtain for the bath. Ovreall, I would come back and stay in this hotel.

Hotel was clean, nearby the train station and staff was very helpful and friendly! Room was also big enough for 3 pax and had various amenities such as stove, washing machine and airdresser. But do note that there is no dryer and we did not see any utensils in the room.

The property is brand new and beautiful. I am not sure anybody had ever stayed in our room, but I don’t also think people checked the room. The shower leaked into the toilet room because of improper caulking there was still blue plastic in the sink all of that didn’t really matter, except for the leak of the shower. A little bit secluded for dining at night. In the second bedroom, there is no place to put your suitcase none.The full size washing machine and almost full-size refrigerator was quite the benefit there are, however, no plates,No utensils, no Bowles. If they’re gonna use this room as a short term stay, it would be great to offer laundry soap for one use At the front desk. Beautiful property but didn’t fit in to the neighborhood. The view was terrible as they are under construction next door.

Hotel is new, All the properties are very good. Inside of room has everything what we need, but all the properties such as oven, microwave, washer don’t have English label. I guess people who don’t speak Korean would be difficult for them to use all the properties.
