Access to the bus was very convenient. We were able to travel around the city by bus to the various sites and shopping venues. Location was convenient - short walk to Seoul Station.

Great hotel and service. Thank you to Hang for sorting a few things out for me. Apartments are showing wear and tear and could do with a refresh. Overall though, a great stay!

Great location
The hotel is in a great location, rooms are spacious and have all of the necessary amenities. If you plan to visit a pool, please bring a swimming cap or you can purchase one at the reception. Unfortunately, I have found previous visitor’s stuff in the draws (tissues and a used hand cream), but it is not a big deal. Also, dressing gowns were not changed and when placed on the floor for the cleaning staff, those were never replaced, but again a very minor note. Please be advised that there is no coffee machine in the room (just a kettle), but you have an access to the coffee shop on the lobby floor which is open late and staff there is extremely friendly and accommodating. Overall positive experience and the hotel is definitely solid 4 stars.

Really good for families (we traveled with a 3 month old for their 100 day celebration). Washer/dryer, small kitchen (with plates, bowls, and utensils), and a large spacious living/dining room that is separate from the bedroom. ~5-10 minute walk to line 5 (purple) and line 2 (green)

Perfect location to get to everywhere. A big market in a walking distance. Close to the main attractions— Myungdong and Kwanghwamoon plaza. Very safe to walk around. Kitchen and laundry machine were small but met our needs. Staff at the front desk and housekeeping were highly responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend travelers who want to explore downtown Korea.
