Sehr schöne Poolvilla und sehr freundliches Personal. Es hat ein kleines Gym, welches wir oft benutzt haben. Das Nötigste konnte man dort drin finden und es hatte nie viele Leute. Leider waren die Towels fast immer leer und nicht aufgefüllt, als wir abends trainieren waren. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und lecker. Super schöne Anlage, schöne Infinity-Pools und direkt Strandlage. Leider gab es sehr wenige Liegen mit Sonnenschirm. Diese Liegen wurden bereits am Morgen früh mit Badetüchern besetzt, der Platz blieb dann aber teilweise für mehr als 2 Stunden leer. Dafür kann das Hotel zwar nichts, jedoch könnte das Personal etwas unternehmen, wenn die Leute Plätze reservieren und dann einfach nicht auftauchen. Die Speisen in den beiden Restaurants des Hotels waren absolut in Ordnung. Das Kliff hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht und super nettes Personal. Leider wurden in beiden Restaurants wenig vegetarische Speisen angeboten. Das Hotel ist etwas abseits vom Kern von Senggigi.

Un hôtel très agréable, très propre et avec un personnel aux petits soins. On a passé un séjour de rêve. La piscine à débordement avec la plage juste derrière c'est juste magique. Le restaurant pratiquement les pieds dans le sable c'était également très agréable.

Leider bietet dieses Hotel mehr Schein als Sein. Für uns definitiv leider keine 5 Sterne Anlage aus folgenden Gründen: Zimmer: Sehr schlecht ausgeleuchtetes Zimmer. Selbst bei angeschaltenem Licht im Bad war es sehr schwer sich zu richten, weil alles sehr düster war. Man hatte den Eindruck dass viele "Baustellen" nicht zu Ende gebracht wurden (Risse in der Wand, fehlende Fugen zwischen den Fließen, unzureichende Montage vieler Komponente im Zimmer--> Steckdosen die man fast in der Hand hält, Armaturen die wackeln, Toilettenpapierhalter sitzt locker) Sauberkeit in den Zimmern: schwarzer Schimmel an nahezu allen Silikonfugen, Glastüren im Bad voller Flecken, schwarze Wand im Bad war völlig verdreckt. Das Housekeeping wird sehr oberflächlich durchgeführt. Jeden Tag wurde etwas anderes vergessen, wie z.B. neue Handtücher, Seife oder das Auffüllen der Minibar. Restaurant: Das Hotel bietet 2 Restaurants, das edlere Kliff und das Resortrestaurant Sail mit Innen- und Aussenbereich. Im Allgemeinen hatten wir den Eindruck dass hier die Abläufe nicht stimmen, besonders im Aussenbereich. Niemand kommt auf einen zu, man ist sich erstmal selbst überlassen. Es dauert sehr lange bis die Tische abgeräumt werden. Am Pool, bzw. an den Poolbars schaut das Personal lieber Youtube Videos anstatt sich den Gästen zu widmen und z.B. etwas zu trinken anzubieten. Von uns leider keine Weiterempfehlung. Es gibt bessere Anlagen die einem 5 Sterne Standard besser entsprechen.

Tolles Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Modern balinesischer Style. Ausnehmend gut geschultes, freundliches Personal. The Kliff, tolles Essen mit grandiosem Ausblick. Gerne ein anderes mal wieder.
