Obwohl check in bis 18.00 Uhr möglich sein sollte, wurden wir um 15.00 Uhr angerufen, dass niemand auf uns warten wird. Check in mit code hat funktioniert, es war aber nicht mehr möglich Informationen über die Umgebung usw zu bekommen. Wir haben das Zimmer 21 bekommen, wo das Plissee komplett zerrissen war, Steckdose neben dem Bett gebrochen und einige Getränke in der Minibar abgelaufen waren. Besonders schlimm fanden wir den Gestank im ganzen Gebäude. Die Eingangstür des Hotels sieht übrigens auch nicht einladend und qualitativ aus. Bei Abreise haben wir eine Rechnung über 82,62€ bekommen, bezahlt haben wir aber 97,20€ . Entweder haben wir ein falsches Zimmer bekommen, oder eine falsche Rechnung. Unsere mehrmaligen Anfragen blieben leider unbeantwortet.

Alles war wunderbar,nur eine Empfelung zum Frühstück sollte auch Brot angeboten werden Auf meine Nachfrage erhielt ich an den darauffolgenden Tagen mein gewünschtes Brot. Dafür nochmals ein grosses Dankeschön.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Mir hat der zeitige check in sehr gut gefallen. Ich bin sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Für Radfahrer, Zugreisende und Autofahrer sehr gut geeignet.

Neben der sehr netten Begrüßung wurde uns das Zimmer schon weit vor dem offiziellen Bezugszeit übergeben. Es gab zwei Kleinigkeiten zu beanstanden, welche sofort beseitigt wurden. Wir hatten ein tolles Bett und einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und für jeden war das vorhanden was er mag. Unsere Fahrräder standen sicher in der Garage über nacht. Unser Zimmer hatte reichlich Steckdosen so konnte alles auf einmal geladen werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.👍
