No parties or events: Our lake house is designed for relaxing getaways, so please refrain from hosting parties or large gatherings without prior approval. 5. Smoking policy: Our property is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted indoors, including the hot tub area. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly and ensure they are completely extinguished. 6. Pets: While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. 7. Damages and breakages: Please treat our home with care. Guests will be held responsible for any damages or breakages caused during their stay. 8. Cleanliness: We kindly ask that you maintain a clean and tidy environment throughout your stay. Please clean up after yourselves and leave the house in a similar condition as when you arrived. 9.
