良いホテルですが…
ホテルの立地が良く、部屋も綺麗に保たれていてとても良い。クリーニングしてくださるスタッフの対応もとても良い。残念なのはチェックインの際の時間がかかり、15時丁度からチェックインの手続きを始めるため、結局30分位部屋に入るまでかかってしまう。ぜひこの部分は改善してほしい。

Location - around 15 min walk to JR sendai station, all along flat road. There is a convenience store just 3 min walk from the hotel. Room- The staff is nice. The room is not big. It is just fit for one person. You have all the amenities inside. One big issue with the bathroom— I smelled something unpleasant from the bathroom.

We loved Sendai Kokusai Hotel! The room was compact, but had everything we needed. The bathroom was nice and clean. The shower and bath were lovely with great water pressure. The beds were clean and comfortable. The room was a bit warm for our liking, but otherwise it was perfect!

Smooth checkin. Buffet breakfast was marvellous. Room small and layout wasn't great, but we made do. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Biggest complaint was the hopeless flat pillows.

Our room smelled of mold. The room was hot and I was told the central air conditioning had been turned off for the season. They gave us a fan. The check in was very strict. If you were there at 2:45 pm you could not check in until 3 pm. Many people sitting in the lobby waiting until 3 pm. There were no usb ports in the room.
