In December of 2024 this hotel was only 3 months old; it was extremely clean, quiet, decorated beautifully, and had an awesome free breakfast with a pancake machine, eggs, bacon, hash browns, biscuits, etc...the rate was inexpensive as well. It is conveniently located off of the interstate.

The housekeepers left my door open all day and night. They took my sheets off my bed and didn't replace them.. I came back to my room at 11 at night with a bare bed

I am very displeased. I paid for my room using the Expedia site, but when I arrive to check in the desk said that I need to add my bank card for security purposes. The hotel charged me for the room as well, and I have not received a refund , the manager keeps giving me the runaround. I will be contacting the BBB.
