EXTERIOR
This typical Provençal farmhouse with a pool in Sénas offers a 400 m² enclosed garden.
It consists of:
- A poolhouse equipped with a kitchen area (gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and plancha)
- A relaxation area with a covered terrace with 6 sun loungers and 4 armchairs.
- A pleasant heated pool (8x4, depth 1.20 to 1.80 m) with an alarm-type safety system, in service from early April to late October.
- A large shed allowing to park several cars. It is attached to the house. It is clean and tidy.

INTERIOR
This Provençal farmhouse with a pool in Sénas is on two levels. It has an area of 240 m². It is tastefully decorated, in a very neat Provençal style. It is semi-detached on 1 side.

GROUND FLOOR:
A kitchen (35 m²) equipped with a fridge, 3-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a dining table that can accommodate 8 people.
